How soon will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped out on the day of purchase, however please allow up to 72 hours for orders to process. NOTE: upgrading shipping does not speed up processing time. It only increases the time once shipped! If you have a special request, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We typically ship USPS but larger items can be shipped UPS or FedEx. The tracking number will reflect the carrier used.

If an item says "ETA" what does that mean?

Because we are a small business, large items are not physically stocked in our warehouse. They will ship directly from the manufacturer to save you money. Or, they are new products that have not yet been released. These items will ship as soon as they are available to us. We promise to get things to you as quickly as possible. We strive to offer you a great selection, sometimes having to order them for you as you order from us! We appreciate you shopping with us! If it is a new release, order now and place on layaway allowing you to make payments until it becomes available! See below for more details.

What qualifies for Free Shipping?

All orders over $20! Some large items are not available for PRIORITY shipping, but all orders over $20 qualify for free shipping! We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible!

How do I proceed if my order doesn’t arrive?

After an order has been shipped to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider noted in your shipping confirmation email.

Rewards & Layaway

How does your rewards program work?

Each account created on our site is signed up for our rewards program. For every $1 spent you get 10 points. Points add up to earn you rewards like discounts off purchases and more! We also have a refer-a-friend program where you can earn points for each person you invite to the store. For those redeeming a refer-a-friend coupon, please follow these guidelines or your order will be cancelled.

Do you offer LAYAWAY and how does it work?

Yes! To start a layaway on items over $75.00, please use discount code "LAYAWAY" to start. The terms for layaway are 30% down and 30 days to pay off. If you have questions about or layaway program, please use the contact us form on our website. If you choose to cancel your layaway before it is paid off, there is a $20 dollar or 20% restocking fee per item, whatever is greater. If we cancel your layaway due to lack of communication or failure to pay, the restocking fee is $25. To make a layaway payment, please select the "Layaway Payment" item on the site and add it to your cart, using the quantity to select how much you would like to pay. Increments of $1. If you have multiple orders on layaway, please note the item in the comment section of your layaway payment. If you would like to purchase multiple items but only put one item on layaway, please purchase these items separately using the code. If you are paying off a balance that does not come out evenly, message us and we can invoice you for the exact amount.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Add the gift wrap item to your cart and we will wrap your items for you! Make sure you select what color ribbon and paper you would like! We also have new baby cards available for purchase.

Return Policies


In-Store purchases can be returned for STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of purchase with original receipt/gift receipt. Items must be in unused, unopened original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Any RED TAG or CLEARANCE item, in store or online, are FINAL SALE.


ALL SALES FINAL. Items will be exchangeable for the original item if defective or damaged within the manufacturer's warranty. Credit will be offered in the form of a gift card should the replacement item not be available.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 2170 8th Court, West Linn, Oregon 97068.

Returning Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Again, we only exchange damaged items. Some exceptions can be made, but that is up to us, Cute as Button. You are responsible for the return shipping.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2170 8th Court, West Linn, Oregon 97068. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and credit will be given on a gift card.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your order has been dispatched, Cute as a Button accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

*We have the right to cancel any order at any time! This could be, but is not limited to: Oversell, Fraud, or other situations we determine are necessary to cancel your order.
